Everyone Deserves to Bloom
Hello! I’m Charlotte, and I am so glad that you are here.
At Willow Bloom, my goal is to create a warm, supportive, and safe therapeutic environment where you can explore your concerns, set collaborative goals, and initiate meaningful change. The name "Willow Bloom" reflects the resilience I see in my clients—their ability to bend without breaking and to flourish with the right care and support.
I have a special interest in working with families and individuals facing anxiety, parenting challenges, and trauma. I am passionate about supporting individuals with Autism and ADHD. My therapeutic approach incorporates evidence-based and personalized care including elements of cognitive behavioral therapy, attachment theory, internal family systems, mindfulness, play therapy, narrative therapy, and dialectical behavior therapy.
With over five years of experience as a clinical social worker and a decade dedicated to supporting families, I bring a wealth of knowledge and compassion to my practice. I hold a Master of Social Work from the University of Michigan and a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education from Eastern Michigan University.
Before becoming a therapist, I spent nearly years teaching at a university childcare program and worked as a tutor and nanny for several families in my community. These experiences deepened my passion for guiding parents and helping children build self-esteem while navigating social, emotional, and behavioral challenges. I also realized my passion for supporting adult clients in their personal growth.
When I’m not working, I enjoy spending time with my family, reading, traveling, running, practicing yoga, and exploring nature through hiking and gardening.
I look forward to the opportunity to support you!
